About the scan asset
One capture pipeline. Two product surfaces.
Plans operates a single capture pipeline that produces a granular, interior-grade 3D model. That model serves two product surfaces simultaneously: a regulated data layer that EU regulation in 2026–2028 increasingly requires — sold to banks, insurers and agents at high ASP, low volume — and a consumer virality engine — sold to homeowners at low ASP, high volume, generating organic acquisition.
The two surfaces reinforce each other. Consumer virality acquires homes cheaply; institutional buyers monetise the resulting data at compliance-grade margins.
Every viral interior-AI moment so far — RoomGPT, Lensa, Interior AI — has operated on a single photo and peaked at 1–4M MAU. Every US insurtech precedent — Cape Analytics, Betterview, ZestyAI, Hover — operates exterior-only. Plans has neither limitation: whole house, in 3D, with consistent geometry, captured from the inside.
Every artefact derives from one of these
