Driver

Agents already pay for property magazines. This makes the magazine a by-product of the scan the agent already commissioned — editable in the browser, no DTP studio in the loop.

The magazine editor composes a property magazine spread by spread from the home’s scan, registry data, energy file, and photos. The data fills the layout first, then the agent refines the story in the browser. One dataset can become a property presentation, an energy report, or an inspiration magazine.

You can rearrange and edit spreads — cover, facts, floor plans, room spreads including double-page rooms, galleries, location, energy overview, and timeline — swap photos from the asset library, then view, flip through, or export the result to PDF.

Precedent

Danish listings routinely ship a printed/PDF boligpræsentation; this composes the same artefact directly from verified data instead of a manual layout pass.

Market

The wedge is editorial control without a designer: the data fills the spreads, the agent refines them, and three editions come from one dataset.
