Plans Wrapped

A shareable year-in-review for the home, built from room labels, energy performance, sunlight, neighbourhood comparisons, and scan-derived moments.

Audience

  • homeowner

Derives from

  • Room labels and floor areas
  • Energy and climate fixtures
  • Neighbourhood and market comparables

Driver

Wrapped-style recap formats have proven that personal annual summaries can drive high social sharing when they feel specific, visual, and easy to post.

Plans Wrapped reframes the home as something alive over the year: brightest room, highest heat-loss zone, most-used space, renovation personality, and how the home compares with similar nearby properties.

The hard part is specificity. The workbench already has the ingredients that stop the output from feeling generic: room labels, floor areas, sunlight and climate data, energy-label context, and market comparables.

The first version can be a static card sequence before moving to video. That lets the catalogue prove the content model and share mechanics without depending on a full rendering pipeline.

Precedent

Spotify Wrapped established the familiar card-series format; housing data gives Plans a domain-specific version anchored in the user's actual home.

Market

This is a low-friction top-of-funnel artefact for younger homeowners and renters who would not start with regulatory reports.
