Why it exists
Climate risk is hard to discuss when it is buried in maps. The page places the relevant layers beside the actual building.
The buyer sees the building, the surrounding terrain and the risk layers in one view, with the source and date for each layer.
The result is a focused question list for the surveyor and insurer.

What exists today
A generic flood map covers a whole postcode. This view ties the risk layers to the plot, building footprint and known escape routes.
Market
The page shows source dates and separates mapped exposure from the conclusions a buyer still needs an expert to check.
